How much does embroidery cost?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the design and the quantity of items to be embroidered. We
are always happy to give a price quote on the phone. We are happy to work with you to get the
best price for you.

How long does it take?
Typically, an order can be done in 2-5 business days. Of course, large orders (over 100) may
take longer.

Is there a minimum order?
No, we will do just one item.

Do you carry shirts and hats?
Yes, along with many other items such as blankets, golf towels and bags. You may view our
merchandise in our online catalogs. We also be happy to embroider your own items.

How do I get my company logo on shirts and hats?
A process called digitizing by Wilcom will format your logo into stitches that will enable
our top Barudan embroidery machines to embroider your logo. To start the process,
we need a copy of your logo in an electronic file such as a .jpg or a clear printed version
(such as business card).  After the digitizing, you will be provided with a “sew out” sample
of your logo for your approval. Usually, for large order, we will provide you a sample of
your order for your approval.  Once digitized, we keep your logo on file for future use.

Is there a setup fee involve?
Yes, there is a one time set up fee for digitizing. This fee involve with machine setup and
designing your logo.  But if you already pay other embroiderer a one time setup fee and
you come to us for embroidery, we will not charge you a setup fee.

What if I don’t have a logo?
We can help you put together a logo. We have over 25,000 designs in stock from which
to choose. After you have selected a design, you can add lettering using one of our many
fonts and colors. Your new logo can be viewed on our computer screen for your approval.

Do you give out discount?
Yes, we offered discount to school, church and non-profit organization. Besides giving
out discount, we will work out with you to provide you the best price that fit your needs.
